"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name."

"Lovely hotel. Beds were a little firm but still slept ok. Very clean and lovely touches like the cleaning staff putting my child’s cuddly toys propped on the pillow. Lovely outside terrace area. "Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at during my trip in Italy. Modern and clean!! Delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice. Parking is free. Very short walk to the main town centre (just around the corner) to cute restaurants bars and shops! Has a washing machine and dryer that’s free to use but it wasn’t working when we visited unfortunately. "
