"The reason I gave the hotel 4 stars is because on more than one occasion our bath towels were stained. That should not be an issue at a 5 star hotel. The service was excellent as well as the staff. If I could do 41/2 stars I would."

"Perfect location for a family vacation. We enjoyed opening up the big doors to listen to the waves and walking the short distance to Portofino along to trail for gelato. Giancarla was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in the house."
