Loved the coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is in the main hotel, a very plentiful buffet including hot & cold food. Staff are friendly, welcoming & helpful. Check-in/out easy & efficient. "

"I had a wonderful stay at one of the best hotels in Italy during my holiday. The location was perfect—shopping was just downstairs, restaurants were everywhere, and the bus stop was only a few minutes’ walk away, just 3-4 stops from the train station. The service was fantastic, and breakfast was delivered right to our room, allowing us to enjoy our meal in privacy. The receptionist was responsive to our requests and served us with great joy. "This was a spacious, clean, convenient and affordable property in the heart of Verona that we stumbled upon, and I am so glad that we did!! The unit layout is modern inside a historic building with a view of the arena and the delightful Osteria Puntara just around the corner. We chose the shated bath on the recommendation of one of the earlier guests and were do pleased with the large and beautful bath that was on site. Property mates are respectful and it works out fine, sharing the living...

Great location & within walking distance of R & J balcony (a big disappointment btw!) pouring rain & free parking area up the hill was muddy & filled with huge potholes. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English."

"Absolutely would stay here again, the room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The location is fantastic as you pass rows of vines to get to here. Great views and very nice and knowledgable owners. Knew everything about the region and wine they had. Great breakfast, and again superb views, I highly recommend staying here on any trip to Italy!"

"It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "
