"Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir sehr herzlich auf italienisch von den Gastgeber:innen empfangen. Von der angegebenen Adresse in Caderzone Terme aus ging es dann über einen sehr engen und steilen Weg über 6km ca. 700 Höhenmeter nach oben zur Unterkunft. Die Rampen sind teilweise so steil, dass wir daraufhingewiesen wurden vorher den Fahrradträger von der Anhängerkupplung zu nehmen um nicht aufzusetzen. (Die Räder haben die Gastgeber:innen in ihren Transporter geladen und hoch gefahren.)...

"Nous avons séjourné dans ce havre de paix. La piscine naturelle est relaxante et se fond dans le jardin paysagé. Le potager buffet et la vue sont magnifiques. Le logement est moderne, très fonctionnel, joliment décoré et bien achalandé. Tout y est pour se sentir comme chez soi. La literie est très bonne. Sans compter sur l’extrême gentillesse de Helmuth tout en discrétion et efficacité. Le logement est bien situé pour découvrir la beauté des Dolomites. A recommander sans hésiter."

"Die Unterkunft liegt abgeschieden von den großen Tourismusströmen inmitten von Apfelplantagen. Dennoch sind zahlreiche touristische Orte wie Trient, der Tovel-See und hunderte Wanderwege schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls innerhalb von knapp zehn Fahrminuten vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die gesamte Kommunikation verlief immer schnell und reibungslos. Es war eine sehr erholsame und schöne Woche."

"Nice clean appartment,fantastic views. Friendly welcome by owner. Shop and Bar within 2 mins walking distance.Everything you need is there..Close to Lake Garda which is fantastic.Only issue was church bell outside giving me a wake up call but would recommend stay here."

"Lovely quiet cosy spot on the 3rd floor of an apartment block with great views across the valley from a 'patio' area outside the front door and about a 15 minute stroll from Spinale lift. Beautifully furnished with everything one could need, very comfortable double bed and bunk bed, shower plus a bath and a 2nd seperate toilet, very useful when getting ready. Michele was a brilliant host, contacted me in the UK before I left on my mobile to ensure I had all the details, his colleague was waiting...

"The house is beautiful and situated very well. Everything was just fine. I can definetly recommend it for a hiking week or similar. Note: As the house is built in a very traditional way it would be perfect if the outdoor table and chairs are wooden or stone as well. The plastics just dont fit to the character of the house. But this is just a proposal and not a critic at all."

Das Appartementhaus als solches hat allerdings ,wie die Umgebungsbebauung, den gewöhnungsbedürftigen "Charme" der 70er Jahre und ist schon ein bisschen heruntergekommen. Sehr positiv: Der Gastgeber steht immer sofort zu Verfügung und hilft. In der Ortschaft gibt es mehrere Pizzerien sowie zwei kleine Supermärkte. Gerne wieder!"
