"The Hotel treats the people staying at the residences like intruders. If you want to use the facilities at the Hotel which it advertises are available to the residences, stay at the hotel. The residences are nice if you just want a place to stay but don't think of it as being at a hotel. Weekly towel changes are ALL they offer. The indoor pool is cold and the SPA if not a hot tub! It is a cold water tub with jets! The manager did apologize for the way we were treated only after looking up...

"This hotel is mediocre in every aspect. A facility that does not give value for money. The rooms look like ruins. There is no iron on the upper bunk bed, the safety deposit box is scrap, the cabinets are scattered. You cannot see a relevant official at the facility.
