Très bon séjour, personnel professionnel. Hôtel cependant nécessitant un rafraichissement général (couloirs, moquette, peintures intérieures et extérieures). Préconisation pour COVID-19 appliquée par l'ensemble du personnel, mais clients autres que Français (Tchèques & Polonais) sans Test PCR ! Pas de port du masque sur l'ensemble de la clientèle.

L’hotel è generalmente bello, pulito e il cibo discreto. Una difficoltà alla reception: volevano farmi pagare un sovrapprezzo di un terzo del mio soggiorno. Assicuratevi che sia tutto chiaro prima di partire! Animazione solo in francese, peccato Rispetto agli altri sull’isola mi sembra comunque superiore

Hotel arriéré , attention etre marié pour un couple sous peine de refus même si votre réservation est payé d'après la loi tunisienne ,personnel très peu souriant .. On vous fiche dehors sans aucun égard ni dicretion ......du jamais vu depuis que je voyage . Tous les autres hôtels étaient complets hôtel de dernier choix . 1 pre mière déception depuis des années que je me rends à djerba àvec mon compagnon .

Bel hôtel dans l'ensemble. Quelques points à améliorer comme la propreté des piscines et des chambres, mais personnel souriant et aimable et bon buffet bien garni chaque jour. En revanche, service client à améliorer: prolonger de quelques heures une chambre pour un départ tardif a été une mission alors que l'hôtel est immense et qu'il y a énormément de chambres vides...et pour avoir un taxi ne comptez pas sur la réception non plus. Sens du service à revoir tout de même!

J’ai aimé les extérieurs avec les piscines et toboggans. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés. Le personnel est très sympa et les animations nombreuses. Par contre les chambres ne sont bien entretenues, les salles de bains surtout. Nous avons même du changer de chambre en raison des cafards!

Nous avons ete logé dans le bâtiment D qui se trouve a l'entrée de l'hôtel. Celui ci donne sur l'arrivée des cars de tourisme et donc est tres bruyant la nuit. Certaines chambres de se batiment ont une forte odeur d'égout . La restauration au restaurant de la plage est vraiment très light et une organisation catastrophique. Les bouteilles d'eau sont distribuées au compte goûte. Les points positifs sont l'accès directe a la plage, l'hotel est bien positionné dans djerba.

Hôtel minable pour un 4 étoiles annoncé
Après 10 jours en famille dans cet hôtel nous avons été plus que déçus part toutes les prestations. Les chambres ne sont jamais nettoyées, baignoire et sol plein de sable après le passage des femmes de menage, lavabo et toilettes dans un état de crasse pas possible. Une odeur d’égout Dans les couloirs et chambres tout le long du séjour et en prime un cafard dans la salle de bain en fin de semaine. Restauration: Les plats sont toujours les mêmes. Interdiction d’avoir des bouteilles d’eau avant 10h et uniquement au bar centrale. Ce qui est inadmissible quand’ il fait 40 degrés dans un all inclusive! L'équipe d’animation est inexistante. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel
