"It is a good property and employees do their best to make your stay as wonderful as possible, but the property needs more maintenance and better services for the price you pay. No down service, only soft drinks in mini bar and that’s about it. The “pristine villas” are run down and maybe therefore empty all the time. Better management and more realistic prices will make it a better place. "

"Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. "

"Pros: Quiet area, clean, firm bed, has kitchen, dining room, living room, has all necessary utensils and dishware, shower drains well, two strong AC units, friendly manager. Cons: No WiFi, bathroom a bit old, some ants, slightly lumpy bed, initially no hot water, not walking distance to downtown, loud AC units. False advertising about free WiFi. "The pool was very enjoyable especially at night and the breakfast buffet gave us western and Asian options which was very interesting. The facilities were very clean and up to date. My only concern related to the lack of elevators for the second level. We had heavy dive bags, and it was a challenge getting everything up and down to our room. This is the best place to stay in Palau, and we would return."
