"Great room all new feeling , no complaints. Saturday night and we came on the train, hotel restaurant and bar closed at 7 pm . Also 4_5 steps to get to elevator, really even with medium suitcases not easy . I would stay again just because it’s so close to the train station "

"Very central to getting into town but there were people outside for hours hanging around the public toilets. Also the market stalls started setting up at 3am and our room overlooked the front so was very noisy. "

"We reserved at Castel Novel and also had made a restaurant booking on a Monday evening (confirmed by email) hoping to enjoy the tasting menu on offer. Unfortunately we were informed that the restaurant wasn’t open on Mondays and were directed to a nearby restaurant (La Caleche in Varetz). Sadly the offer was very different to what we were expecting as instead of a fine dining experience, we had to choose from the table d’hôte menu made of: - Steak Haché /Frites - Fish and chips - Galette...

"Ok hotel. It is clean and staff is welcoming. However the hotel has nothing special. The pool is very cold and we could not swim in it due to its temperature despite very warm weather. The breakfast is not worth taking as it is not particularly tasteful. We were asked everyday if our our room needed to be done which was a bit odd. Not sure if the towels were indeed changed. "

"We had flushing issues with the toilet but the staff fixed the problem immediately. The receptionist was nice because we needed a refund for a breakfast that we were not going to use, and we got the refund immediately. Overall we felt safe within the property."

"Bon hôtel et personnel agréable et compétent. Pas de restau mais très bon repas sur un restaurant partenaire à côté du théâtre. je recommande la crêpe au sucre (2 crêpes maison succulentes) avec boule de glace et biscuit pour 5,50 €. Petit déjeuner très correct."
