"The property is of a smallish size but clean and tidy the pool is excellent but shared with 2 other villas, the grounds are well kept and it is safe. The villa does require some updating as some of fixings and fittings are starting to look tired and at this price point I would have expected air conditioning and more space. The owner is very friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. The local area is lovely and providing you do not mind a little drive the beaches are not far"

"Fantastic property, spotlessly clean and wonderfully equipped for a luxury holiday. The pool, pool relaxation area, petanque court and gardens are truly lovely. Walking into the centre of Maussane is easy and there are interesting shops and lots of amazing restaurants to choose from. The very best thing about this lovely home is the hosts Jean-Paul and Cathy who made our holiday a real French experience. We loved it so much we are planning our return. Nous étions pressés donc nous avons pas pris plus le temps que ça pour l'état des lieux et quel DOMMAGE !!! 1) Logement qui sent très fort l'humidité. 2) Logement sale. (Balayette pleine de poils, pelle dégoutante, serpillère pas lavable donc poils sales, toile d'araignées sous le meuble de la salle de bain avec un bouchon des hôtes précédents, bouchon de l'évier moisi et j'en passe). 3) Que dire de la literie ? "Unsere Erfahrung in der Unterkunft war leider sehr durchwachsen. Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie und haben bei der Buchung versehentlich nur zwei Personen angemeldet. Bei Ankunft stellten die Vermieter die zwei Kinder mit nochmals 210 Euro für die Woche in Rechnung. Ärgerlich, aber letztlich unser Fehler. Wir suchten gezielt nach einer Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage. Beim Check In stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Wohnung überhaupt keine Klimaanlage hat. Im Inserat steht dies anders. Tagsüber...

"We had a great time at Moulin du Val. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The studio is small but has everything one needs for a vacation. The garden with the pool is a great place to relax. St Remy is only a few minutes by car and has a great farmers market on wednesdays and restaurants/bars. It's also not far to the cities Avignon and Arles, and to the Alpilles and the Carmargue."

"Really ideal place for even longer vacation in Provence and southern France. Town Uzes is one of the best places to live in this area. Small but really lively. Our vacation with 6 and 9 years old children was just perfect with back yard pool (120 cm deep) where learned to swim and dive in the heat of summer. "We were very well received by Cecile and Frederic. We had three generations of our family for a vacation. Most have never been in France before. The cottage is a beautiful, peaceful place with lots of room for the family. The pool area is separate and private. Our table tennis competition was fierce. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this property- and the owners - are. Highly recommended!"
