Communication issues
The location was great and it felt like a safe building but we had a lot of communication issues. None of the staff spoke English. This would have been fine if there was an easy way to communicate with someone at Wynwood House who could relay our questions but we could not find an email address or phone number to call. We tried reaching out over the Contact Us form but no one responded. The rooms are just OK. The furniture is new but the bed was not comfortable. There's a courtyard in the center of the building and the people staying on the first floor stayed up late and we could easily hear them which made it difficult to sleep though thankfully they provided ear plugs. There didn't seem to be air conditioning in the living area. We only saw a unit in the bedroom which worked OK but it made the rest of the apartment unusable for us. I would not stay here again. I specifically paid more for a place like this so we wouldn't have problems like these so its pretty disapointing.

Pésima administración. Estuve más de tres horas esperando que me dieran acceso porque no tuvieron nada preparado en tiempo. Más aún, una vez que tuvimos acceso al teléfono de la administración me colgaron en diversas ocasiones para no atender. Finalmente después de 3 horas y a través de Expedia hicieron el favor de atender. Lástima de "ropita"
