I like the place is just that it is too new to have a few maintenance issues already! Shower head was all clogged and water doesn’t flow straight down, it splashes everywhere, toilet was loose., rooms are spacious, with fridge, sink, microwave and electric range, very handy so you can bring in your left overs and have’em for breakfast the next day. Doesn’t deserve the 5th star because it is very noisy at night. A few blocks to Reforma. It would be a good idea to have shower curtains for getting a shower floods the whole bathroom. No steam exhaust it’s scary for steam can create an electric hazard trying to turn lights on or off. However I’ll still stay in the same or the Roma location next time. Toiletries are provided, that’s a plus.
Ended up not staying here as the room was not clean. I would not even sit on the as it was dirty, so was the kitchen counters, walls, and microwave. Lighting is poor in the room as well.
This room is very good to work with a laptop. It is well suited to have a guest as well..

The hotel is located right next to a highway so beware! Make sure you let the front desk know to relay a message housekeeping when you’re leaving to explore for the day to ensure your room
gets cleaned otherwise they might not clean it. And it’s true, they only give you one roll of toilet paper unless you ask for more.
Stay there for 7 nights. Place is nice . Close to restaurants. No AC in my first room (check if your room will have a working ac)Traffic noise I had to sleep with a white noise music album.

Dirty room floors, noisy
On a very noisy street, made it hard to sleep. Hotel room floors were consistently filthy and only 1 small roll of paper toilet was offered
The hotel is very well located, everything you could want is within close walking distance. The neighbourhood is thriving, and there are a lot of good spot for dinner and drinks.
The room was much larger than anticipated. The bed was comfortable, and the wifi worked well. Hot water was not an issue, it took a bit first thing in the morning, but not unusual for Mexico.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The only downside would be that it is located on a very busy street, and there is street noise. Living in a large city, I'm used to this, but it might be something to consider when booking. Try to make sure to have a room in the courtyard.
I would personally not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
Great little hotel with way too much traffic noise
This place deserves a 5 star for it a lovely hotel run by friendly staff. I give it a 3 star because of the noise. My room faced a very busy street with a constant stream of traffic noise day and night. Hence sleep even with earplugs was impossible for me. I recommend bringing superior noise cancelling headphones or something of the sort. Other than the noise it is a great place to stay!!!
The staff are highly professional and polite. The hotel room and facilities were clean and organized. When an issue arose, they took care of it promptly. The hotel is located near many bars, restaurants and many points of interest. I will definitely return!
The room is spacious and clean. Small kitchenette to work with and iron and ironing board to work with is a plus. However, customer service needs to be stepped up. I looked everywhere for a remote control for the AC. I slept that night without AC since I had arrived at 1am and did not have the energy to go back downstairs. I remember sweating in bed at night. When I passed by the front desk the next morning I was told that there was an electrical issue on the 3rd floor, the AC's were not working. Would have been nice to know during check in, so that I knew what I was getting myself into. They offered to move me to a room on the 1st/2nd floor which I turned down because I was already unpacked and settled into this room. They could have at least offered a fan for the incovenience. On the morning of my check out, I had scheduled an hour to take a shower, get ready, finish packing and head out to the airport for my flight. To my demise, there was no water in my room. I had noticed that the pressure was terrible in my bathroom sink the days prior but the shower had been working. This particular morning had very little water coming from the sink and no water from the shower. Luckily I found the front desk person on my floor and offered me a dirty room to take a shower in. That room only had freezing cold water. I ended up washing my important parts with bottled water. Air and water are basics, plumbing and electrical need to be looked at ASAP at this property!
