You and your group will experience a unique, spacious, and comfortable stay with 9 bedrooms, 16 beds, and 4 full bathrooms. Four of the rooms have two double beds, one has two bunk beds with double-bed bottoms and single/twin-bed tops, two rooms have king-size beds, one has a double, and the last one has one single bed. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with SmartTV and quality bed linens.
The home features ample living and relaxing spaces. Enjoy downtime together in the big living room, which has an L-shaped sofa, two chairs, and a Smart TV for your shows.

Polanco is also home to some of Mexico City's most iconic landmarks. Chapultepec Park is one of the largest urban parks in the world, just 1.5 km from the property. You can tour the castle there plus, the neighborhood's unbeatable location ensures easy access to the city, making it an ideal base for both business travelers and tourists.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 19 km (11 miles) from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
We offer transportation for an extra fee if you're not driving, just contact us in advance to arrange it. You can use authorized taxis in the airport or hire private car services or rideshares like Uber and DiDi in the city. Always agree on the fare before starting the journey and carry local currency (Mexican Pesos) for payment.
The home has one indoor parking spot available. The valet/doorman will take your car and park it.

Please note check out is 10 am. Late check-out with an additional charge can only be confirmed the night before the departure. Extending beyond this time without any advance notice will result in a penalty fee.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! You may use the terrace and a proper ashtray, but smoke outdoors only! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Smoking marijuana is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 500 USD fine.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 8 PM. Please respect the neighbors.
- Please do not attempt to open the owner’s closet. It is to remain locked for the duration of your stay.
- We offer a starter kit with coffee, tea bags, sugar, toilet paper and more. Please note that these are not replenished when they run out.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- To ensure availability, please request baby amenities at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Moving the furniture is prohibited. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.
