Other things are good. Clean Hotel, Good food. Good Chefs
The stay was terrible, the Internet service is really bad and nobody would reply you at the help desk even if you go and tell them about it personally.
The AC of the rooms itself starts and itself goes off. Nobody to listen to your complaints.
I only traveled for an overnight stay and I was pleased with the cost taking into account I booked a room for three less than 24 hours prior. Since I stayed there for an event, I came back to the hotel around 5am to get some sleep and the area was safe. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the maids cleaning adjacent rooms were way too noisy at 8am and one of them was singing loudly next door while she had her tv on. Other than that, everything else was fine. I may add that check out is at 1pm and I was able to find a taco stand less than half a block away. Exiting the hotel and heading towards the left across the street you'll find a stand selling tacos de carnitas, which is pork deeply fried in lard. Not the best maybe, but not bad at all. The bellboy is as friendly as could be and has is very familiar with the area in case you need his assistance. The front desk staff are friendly too and they do not discriminate against you because of the color of your skin as it's the case at other places. Hot water at all times. Nice distribution of the rooms and they offer a safe in your room. All you have to do is request it at the front desk. They have a bar and a restaurant but I didn't visit them.
Quarto colorido, design bacana. Cama confortável. Senti falta de tomadas próximo da cama.

Really? No irons in any decent hotel??? This is beyond ridiculous. Regardless what time you arrive, (8pm local tome) you should not be welcome with a sour face and not even having access to warm water nor accessibility to iron your clothes prior to going out. I’m astonished in a negative way of this hotel’s lack of hospitality. If y’all get didn’t want to deal with people they could have invested in an outer space business instead.
The beds at this hotel were the most uncomfortable beds we have slept on. It was like sleeping on rocks. The staff was rude and didn’t have manners. The food in the hotel was horrible and expensive like they really over charge us. Besides paying an extra $120 American dollars to upgrade to a room with a little more space. The staff kept knocking on our door to offer us tours, etc like they are not supposed to do that we even had one of the tour guys call our room from the reception. They have no strict policies whatsoever on this kind of behavior. At the end I wasn’t notify that checkout time was at1:00pm and not 11:00am. Had to wait in the lobby for 3 hours for my transportation to the airport because they had the audacity to say I couldn’t return to the room until 1:00pm because they had already strip down the room to clean it. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend to any one or stay in this hotel ever again.

The hotel was pretty, and in a good location. Concierge Alrnardo was great! He was attentive and responsive to our needs. On the other side the front desk and the restaurant staff were rude, and blunt.
Wifi was really really slow and the signal was weak in many rooms, we had to change rooms since there was a huge leak in the bathroom, bedsheets had yellow stains
Richardo the front desk man was incredible ..Very personal helpful and kind person..He helped me with anything I needed from directions to places and anything I needed to my my stay confortable..Thank You Richardo for everything.
We were in Mexico City on a Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe so we were not looking for a fancy resort hotel. Some of the reviews we read left me expecting very little but I was pleasantly surprised. We found this hotel to be much nicer than we expected. Staff were jumping to meet our needs and we found then really willing to do whatever they could you make our stay pleasant. The rooms were of adequate size and we found that the housekeeping was very good and the rooms were clean. We found the restaurant very good as well as the breakfast buffet. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel on future pilgrimages to the Basilica.
The hotel is excellent. It was clean and the room was big and comfortable. We were 3 of us and we did not have any problem there. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have free computers. The buffet breakfast was great.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Needs renovation
The restaurant food needs an upgrade and the interior major redo.
The street carriage food outside is splendid.
The wifi is practically useless. The rooms are very clean, but the bathrooms need a major redo. Lobby Front desk counter - god sakes replace that its worn out! Overall very friendly staff and clean rooms, beds need a topper/padding though.
