Hotel cerrado, por terremoto, daños mayores en su estructura, lo malo es que el terremoto fue hace 2 meses y yo reserve hace 20 días y eso no se vale, pongan más atención en lo que están ofreciendo, terrible experiencia.

no caigan en este fraude
No hubo estancia. El hotel está cerrado desde el temblor y hoteles lo sigue ofertando. Es más antes de reserva me daba el mensaje "solo queda una habitación disponible" ¿Como es posible si el hotel está cerrado? me lleve una terrible sorpresa al llegar y darme cuenta que no tenía donde pasar la noche.

Me gusto el hotel, sobre todo porque me la vivo en hostales jajajaja Me salio una cucaracha en el baño :( El AC acondicionado como que no servicia y algo molesto es que la electricidad es por censores o no se como se llame, sacabas la tarjeta de la habitación y la electricidad de apagaba, haciendo que no podamos dejar celulares o baterías cargando

Great close to transportation lots of good food
The staff were great friendly. Close to transportation lot of vendors of food even healthy natural juices and was a safe place .

Hotel con ubicación conveniente.
No respetaron la habitación reservada. Me dieron otro tipo de habitación la primera noche y tardaron mucho para asignármela. Daba la impresión de que no estaba hecha la reservación aún cuando ya estaba pagada. El mobiliario es antiguo y la cama incómoda por un protector de colchón de material plástico. La ubicación del hotel es buena y conveniente par las gestiones que yo requería hacer.

Hotel tranquilo para negocios o viaje turistico
Me gustó la tranquilidad y que está cerca de la linea 2 del metro, que te lleva a lugares como RL monumento a la revolución, el zócalo y el palacio de bellas artes. Lo que no me gustó es que en el servicio de Bar, prácticamente nos corrieron xq cierran toda la área. Y hacer el checkout es realmente tardado.
