Upon arrival we realized this wasn’t a hotel, this was a rental facility. Initially was confused because the building has two sides. When we checked in we were given keys, TO THE WRONG ROOM! We literally walked in to someone else’s apartment. We then head all the way back down (24 flights)
Once the right Keys we’re issued we walked into a dirty room. The table was dirty, kitchen looked like it had been used and it was hot. The unit had no AC but heaters.. that we’re on. With no phone or anyone to contact we had to make it all the way back down to express our concerns. Nothing was done and we ended our stay one whole day early.

Property and building were simply amazing. The architechture of the structure is futurostic. The surounding buildings and the easy access to markets and parque La Mexicana, make this property a no brainer choice. Only complaint is that my room 2901 has a mold-mildew-dump smell, very strong coming from moisture on the master bathroom. I am sure management will correct this after my visit. It was very hard not to notice... on the other side, the views were breathtaking and the living room very large along with the 3 rooms. I wil def. Stay again as long as the bathroom situation had been fixed.
Great location, amenities and service for the price.

Great location and good value
Excellent condition location with kitchenette, great views of Santa Fe, 12 min walk to mall and variety of restaurants. Comfortable bed and living room, for a very reasonable price. Gym is large but lacking some equipment, nice pool.
The couch had a few stains and overall the furniture looks old and worn. The apartment also had a smell. From the pics I was expecting a modern and well maintained apartment but got disappointed when seeing it in person.
Es la segunda ocasion en la que nos quedamos en Paradox, para una staycation, y nos volvio a gustar la limpieza, la cercanía con restaurantes y el parque. Muy relajante
It has a great location near La Mexicana park and supermarkets, unfortunately pandemics did not allow us to enjoy the pool nor the movie theater. It's clean and the staff was really nice with us
