First time in Mexico City and didn’t know what to expect. The moment I entered my room it felt so cozy and quiet. The hotel is located at a perfect spot near restaurants and convenience stores. Everything in a walking distance. Receptionists always greeting with a positive attitude. Will be recommending this hotel to friends and family!! Also, whenever I go back to Mexico City I will be booking this hotel once again!!

Padecimos mucho con el tema de que no había agua caliente debido a que usan paneles solares y eran días luviosos con poco sol , lo cual deberían de tener una segunda opción para estos casos , no se hace cambio de toallas ni sábanas, sin embargo en su descripción dice que es de manera diaria , la ubicación es maravillosa , es una propiedad totalmente nueva, el personal de vigilancia por que no hay recepción como un hotel muy atentos, amables y pendientes en todo momento , el Grrente cada que tenía una situación y le escribía respondía inmediatamente y daba solución pronta a cada una de las situaciones , aún le falta por terminar la Mayoría de las áreas comunes sin embargo siempre se nos dieron opciones de lugar para tomar desayuno, gimnasio en convenio , etc

The property is completely new!!! Well equipped rooms and all furniture and accessories are new!!! Great location! Walking distance to Reforma and Zona Rosa. They gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine and a couple of promo termos, very much appreciated!!!

El hotel esta muy practico, tiene cocineta con vajilla y sartenes, el unico problema es que no tiene restaurante, aunque a sus alrededores venden comida y hay una tienda de conveniencia

Hay obra desde las 7:30 am con un ruido impresionante, y nadie te avisa, no dormimos nada. Les pido un rembolso, es impresionante que tengan un hotel y obra al mismo tiempo, ruido musica gritos y ni avisen sabiendo perfectamente.
