This is the best place to stay, if you’re in ciudad satélite. Everything, from the check in, the restaurant, the terraza, the amenities, the rooms is the impeccable. Also, the staff is very nice and polite. Helpful people that make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are huge, clean and sound proof, even though the hotel is on one of the busiest streets, the periférico, one can barely hear the traffic. I was impressed about that. I’ll stay there every time I visit Mexico.

No refrigerator.... I found on one of the queen size mattresses red stains. One night before we check out, they just place one toilet paper in the bathroom for a family room with 5 guesses, I have to call the front desk and request for another toilet paper. We saw a guy a few times working outside when we had the blinds open, and he was looking inside the room, that was really uncomfortable.

restaurant service great, unfortunately, the beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are super uncomfortable that caused me a neck injure. The AC is loud and drips water all night if off. So uncomfortable to sleep. I asked for an extra pillow the first night and the front desk lady told me that they did not have any. Also i asked for an extra key she said she can not provide me one one until the next day if any. It is loud an hear when service people are cleaning next rooms

Hotel well located and accessible. Asked for room away from elevator, and got the room next to elevator with excuse that all double rooms are there. Payed for the entire stay on my arrival. However on our last day, my wife and daughter could not enter the room as the electronic key didn’t work. Went to the front desk and were told that they needed to verify my American Express Platinum which I used to pay. The A/C was extremely loud and noisy. Several flies in the bathroom and found on earwig bug in the room.

Not perfect, but still worth it.
We had lots of small issues like the AC not working, smell of cigarette smoke coming from somewhere, pillows were not comfortable, etc. Fortunately, the service was great so when they were not able to fix some of the issues, they changed us to another room. A huge plus for us was the price. We've stayed at another hotel close to this one and it was about the same quality for almost double the price.

The inside of the hotel was clean and well appointed. The service was good and the receptionist allowed us to change rooms because our minisplit was not functional. The restaurant was adequate and the waiters polite. The only thing that was rather gross was the backside of the curtains in room 103. Very dirty and it had something sharp on it that cut my finger as I was pulling them closed (the left one).

Location is good, really near to Ciudad Satélite and next to Mundo E Shopping mall, easy to get to any part of Mexico City as it is well connected, The issue is that I can be noisy specially on the fourth floor and you can see through the glass doors of the shower / bathroom, so only one person can be in that area of you want privacy
