Disappointed with check-in Had confirmation of a double room. Had a local resident call the hotel to advise late check-in was required and acknowledged by hotel staff. On arrival and check in they had no double room available. Ended up getting two singles for first night (at the price of a double) and a double for the rest of our stay.

Hay que notificar vía telefónica, que este apartada la habitación y la hora aproximada de llegada. Llegué por la tarde y me informaron que no me apartaron la habitación. Me solucionaron el problema y si me pude hospedar. Higiénico en excelentes condiciones. Cuenta con estacionamiento.

Una sola observación: Las toallas un poco percudidas. La habitación Excelente y la construcción del hotel de muy buena calidad, pisos de mármol, elevadores eficientes, estacionamiento accesible, muy limpio el hotel.
