El aire acondicionado no sirvió y pedí si se me cambiaba de habitación y no ocurrió solo me dieron unos ventiladores pero como la habitación es cerrada sin ventanas que abran pasamos calor toda la noche y no pudimos dormir

ubicación lo único bueno
Fuerte olor a drenaje en la habitación, no había toallas al llegar. Las puertas de la regadera y wc son de vidrio con partes esmeriladas por lo que no hay buena privacidad. Cobran por el estacionamiento. Lo ÚNICO bueno es la ubicación

Las habitaciones huelen mal, no tienen ventilación y los minisplits se nota que no les dan mantenimiento huele a humedad el aire que sacan y además no enfrían. El peor city express en el que he estado y las habitaciones son muy insalubres

Buena presión del agua y si tenían agua caliente. Le hace falta MTTO al hotel ya que el baño se inunda de agua cada que se baña uno. Al minisplit le sale agua cuando se prende. Se escucha el agua por la tubería de las paredes. La puerta del cuarto no cerraba bien. No cuentan con agua de cortesía en las habitaciones. El desayuno incluido deberían no incluirlo ya que apagan l máquina de café. Le dan a uno los platos más chicos posibles para servirse el desayuno. El jugo que se supone que es natural lo rebajan demasiado. Una señora de lo mal que lo atendieron dejó su reservación.
