My stay at this hotel was very disappointing due to the terrible customer service. Brenda from the morning shift, in particular, had an unacceptable attitude for someone who works in guest services. She was rude, impatient, and seemed unconcerned with helping with our requests. Her lack of manners and interest in providing good service made our experience very unpleasant.
If the hotel wants to improve its reputation, it should make the staff more friendly and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful from the outside and in the reception area. The rooms are another story. Super old and smell like dirty water. You can hear too much street noise, so if you want to sleep, this is not the place! The floor or carpet is so dirty that you shower and immediately your heels are dirty again just from walking in the same room. This hotel is supposedly 5-star and quite expensive, and based on my stay and how my husband, family, and I were treated, I definitely will not return or recommend it.
