For the price the room was ok, it did lack cleanliness, the rooms are also a bit outdated, excellent location, the guards and the receptionist were very amicable except for the guy that did our check-in. The area that looks the best it’s the lobby, it seems to be recently renovated

The best feature of this hotel was the location. We had stayed 8 years ago and liked it then. But this time we had a terrible experience. We stayed at 304 and my mother in law got bed bugs. Walls are thin, we could clearly hear other people businesses. The staff is not the nicest like it used to be. The Hotel shows decay that is not being addressed. I’m struggling to write this review since I really loved this Hotel before. We will not stay here ever again. Not recommended.

I didn't like i make a reservation 1 week before and when i get there they send to a different hotel and then later they brought me back to the hotel so the explanation was they overbooked the hitel and they have no room for me there then that say they found a room with 2 bed not 1 bed not familiar with the area so didn't know what to do

Terrible option. They don't have parking, and there's no place to park nearby. External parking lots charge by the hour, and if my stay is for 3 days, why should I pay so much for parking? The rooms are very small, and the staff's service is average at best. Definitely not an option if you have a car.

Nobody was at the front desk for a check-in for several minutes even after the doorman called someone. The room had a broken safety lock box and no hair dryer. Location is quite noisy as there's plenty of restaurants around. It's cheap, but you get what you paid for. I'd look for another alternative next time.

Pros: The hotel is a nice central location. The staff is overall nice. Price is ok (you get what you pay for). Cons: -The staff is very slow with the check-in process. I asked if I can print one paper but they refused which was weird. They do not know any English which also made communication harder than it should. -The area around can be very noisy. You can sleep if you are used to have some noise around but it can be annoying especially that there is a band at the nearby restaurant that plays music till around midnight. -The towels appear as if they have been used for a long time. -Cleaning can be better. Some rooms have old dry stains. Overall, good for a 1-2 quick stay

Recámaras un poco chicas y no tan lindas por el precio... lo bueno de este hotel es la ubicación, mejor ubicación imposible a 2 minutos del Ángel caminando, Oxxo, farmacias, bares, restaurantes, antros, turibus, etc. El personal que nos atendió super super amable y atento, la mayoría eran jóvenes y adultos ya grandes con gran atención al cliente. Se sentía muy segura la zona incluso a altas horas de la noche.
