There were no one at reception till Monday, we didn’t have a tea, we had the empty tube of tea till next day when they filled it up after I ask to reception, and they didn’t broom our bedroom, never, we found trash and a pill in our bedroom at arrival, besides that, the hotel is really aesthetic

The area around the hotel is incredibly stinky. As soon as you get within a block radius, it starts to smell like sewage. Inside the hotel the smell wasn't as noticeable at first, but after a couple days I started to smell it in the room as well.

The reception is poor, I had to wait almost 45 minutes for someone to receive the car. The hotel websites says parking included, but you have to wait like this on the street, where police will fine you.

If you think you are getting a patio/balcony, you are not. And there are rooms without a city view, many face an inner mural courtyard. The rooms are clean and comfy!

It was great. I had a 12 hour layover and picked the perfect hotel. It was my kind of vibe. Rooftop bar restaurant was amazing with beautiful views. Everyone made my short stay wonderful. Thank you. Please let the staff know it was appreciated.

Great staff and dining. Property is a bit broken but clean and compfortable. No matter whar the website looks like there areno balconies. And our room came with a wall view. Not all are city view.

Everything was fine and I’d come back again in future. Super nice to do some yoga on the rooftop with an amazing view! I really liked that the rooms are connected to the elements and that there were some nice details like some incense and a little altar and meditation space in the room.

Worst hotel experience ever. Nothing worked. Upon arrival I tried to set up the safe, and it didn't work; when I tried to take a shower, there was no water. The air conditioner, TV, and coffee maker also had problems - either they didn't work or someone had to come and fix them. Although there was a pitcher in the room, it had no water, and there was no water anywhere. When I called the front desk, they told me to come downstairs and they would give me water. When I went downstairs they asked me for a glass so they could give me “some of their water”. Since I didn't have a glass, I had no water, until I was told to call room service. Normally, I am tolerant, but in this case the hotel was just old and run down, and they didn't seem to care. My recommendation is not to stay at this hotel; there are many more hotels in the surrounding area, much better and even cheaper.

At night time there was nobody at the front desk and the phone was ringing all night long ( i had to get out of bed at 2 am to disconnect the phone), early in the morning they were playing a horrible music and very loud. The bedroom was a dangerous place full of very sharp edges everywhere.

They forgot to mention this hotel is inside another hotel which makes it hard to find it. The staff gave me the wrong room and I walked in on another family., I was mortified. My room door was so thin you can hear every noise outside. The door had a gap when it was shut, the hotel staff didn't think that was a big deal. They said it was from the earthquake they had so I'm not sure why hasn't it been fixed. They added something to close it but the door was falling apart. The restroom door was falling apart. The shower leaked water and the restroom was soaked. I booked for 4 people and they would always leave 3 towels and everyday I had to request more towels. They never took out our trash until I requested it. The building does not provide or sell bottle water they only have "purified water". The only helpful thing were the taxis waiting outside to take you out. I would not stay here again.

La verdad excelente nos quedamos en el piso 8 Hotel Urban Fontan nos djjieron que viene siendo boutique el piso por lo que la vista excelente, la habitacion cuenta con lo basico hasta plancha y caja fuerte y hasta para hacerse tés Lo unico malo es alrededor del hotel el bar es algo sucio y molesto (el del alado) La terraza genial y servicio de limpieza Sr Rufina excelente, muchas gracias !! Lo unico sad era que no funcionaba el control de la tv y se lo comentamos a recepcion pero paso desaperciba la notificacion de ahi en mas excelente, lo recomiendo
