Service has always been excellent. Towels feel and look old and worn. The room looks nice but the shower has a design problem. The shower head pointed directly at the shower door and all the water gets out of the shower enclosure into the bathroom floor. I will definetly stay there again.

The property had some maintenance issues. For instance the laminate floors in our room were coming up to the point where you could easily trip, and the room had an odor that was quite unpleasant. Odd also that the room had a kitchen stove and microwave, but no refrigerator. It would have seemed cheaper and more useful to have the refrigerator and no stove. I'd hope other rooms were in better repair since overall the property seemed fairly well maintained.

Internet was very poor. There are no bathroom mat's and the floor is very cold They only provide you with one key with the device to enter the hotel and take the elevator.

The smell is still a problem with this place, it’s either masked with a deodorant that smells like a cheap motel or it smells bad, probably bad ventilation but it always smells like your near a restroom. The towels also smell terrible, byo if you’re picky about that kind of thing

El cuarto tiene buen tamaño y es muy bonito, además de que la cama es muy cómoda. El parque la mexicana se encuentra a unos minutos caminando así como otros establecimientos para comer, el estacionamiento tiene valet y es gratuito, el desayuno a pesar de ser gratis tiene variedad y es rico. El lugar es seguro pues hay seguridad a la entrada y no es posible usar el elevador en sin tu llave.

México City is a blast
This place is amazing. Location is perfect for exercise as it is 1 Block away from a park called La Mexicana. There is a circle K right at the building and a beautiful super market just one block away. There are fancy restaurants and tastes for every palate. Unbeatable. Located in modern Mexico city just 6 miles away from Polanco (very trendy) 8 miles away from Condesa and Roma neighborhoods (Mexican Soho). Across the highway there is a huge shopping center (Centro Santa Fe). Very safe and full of options. Breakfast included but if you're not in the mood, go to La Mexicana park and treat yourself to multiple choices of fine restaurants in every price category. México City is without a doubt, one of the finest cities for dining and culture as well as partying.
