Buen día, quiero comentarles que tuve un problema importante con esta propiedad a la hora de mi llegada. Al parecer mi reservación estaba "CANCELADA", el detalle al final fue que establecimiento no conoce los términos de pago de EXPEDIA y VRBO y me exigieron la firma de un baucher para asegurar su pago en caso de que EXPEDIA y VRBO no cumplieran con el pago. El problema se resolvió después de más de una hora en el teléfono y el envío de correos a la gerencia y departamento de contabilidad del hotel. Considero importante que se les expliquen anticipadamente estos detalles a los prestadores de servicios finales, ya que la pérdida de tiempo para el huésped y el motivo de este son inaceptables.
