I like that the property was near the mall, access to shopping. Like the variety at breakfast , Victor and his staff was amazing , greeting us and attending to our needs by making omelette for us when needed . Front desk staff was amazing , she change our rooms when asked to do so. Like the laundry facility on the 4 th floor , I did not have to bring back dirty laundry to America. Cleaning staff was very friendly and provided whatever we needed , like fresh towels everyday. The rooms were clean and a good size for two people. I did not like how the hotel did not have heat. The rooms were very cold on some days due to weather change even when the thermostat was turned off but I will definitely stay there again when I am in Mexico City again.

On the first day there, breakfast was great and after that everything was awful. Most likely leftovers from the Courtyard Hotel. In summation, it's not worth it. Secondly, the AC is controlled by the hotel, so if you are like me and are not used to the heat, this is not the place for you. They will not bring it lower than 22 C despite bringing it up to their attention.
