Una mal servicio cambia toda la experiencia.
Fue una experiencia agradable, la gente que me atendiĆ³ amable, lugar pequeƱo, pero limpio. Sin embargo para facturar fue un calvario. Antes de irme la solicitĆ© y me dijeron que tenĆ­a que enviar los datos por correo (?) si ya estaba yo ahĆ­ no veo el motivo, aĆŗn asĆ­ lo hice, y no recibĆ­ respuesta inmediata por lo que prĆ”cticamente tuve que ā€œamenazarā€ en el segundo correo de poner un reporte al SAT, rĆ”pidamente me contestaron. Pero, los montos de facturaciĆ³n no coincidĆ­an con el cargo a mi tarjeta, preguntĆ© por quĆ© y a la fecha no han contestado. Y por otro lado tambiĆ©n son tan descuidados que me enviaron una factura de OTRO CLIENTE. Se ve que son despistados y bastante flojos en hacer su trabajo. No hay forma o manera de contactarte con ellos mĆ”s que por correo electrĆ³nico (y no lo contestan). En Google no encuentras nada, ni telĆ©fono, en esta plataforma tampoco. Imposible la comunicaciĆ³n.

En general el servicio muy bueno, la habitaciĆ³n limpia y cĆ³moda, no tiene televisiĆ³n incluida. Quiero sugerir que pongan un timbre directamente a la recepciĆ³n porque me tomĆ³ varios minutos para lograr ingresar al edificio.

Su comportamiento fue terrible. Nunca contestaron las llamas y unas horas antes de mi llegada simplemente decidieron enviar un mensaje para norificarme que me habĆ­an resignado a otra ubicaciĆ³n. Me parece una falta de respeto

El lugar esta bien. Un cuarto limpio y excelente localizacion. A tres minutos caminando del Hospital EspaƱol. Yo recomendaria a los administradores que tengan almohadas y cobijas extras en caso que un cliente la solicite.

Hay que llamar por telĆ©fono para hacer el check in, quien me contestĆ³ dijo que avisarĆ­a para que salieran por nosotros y nunca sucediĆ³, hasta que alguien que vive ahĆ­ abriĆ³ y me dejĆ³ pasar pude hacer el "check in", la habitaciĆ³n no tiene TV y la puerta que da a la terraza no cerraba con seguro.

Cuidado. No se respetan las reservaciones
Para empezar no respetaron mi reservaciĆ³n ya que mi habitaciĆ³n ya estaba ocupada por lo que me mandaron a otro hotel similar de la misma empresa me imagino. QuĆ© falta de seriedad. La habitaciĆ³n en la que estaba en buen estado aunque pequeƱa y no tenĆ­a televisiĆ³n. El agua tenĆ­a una falla ya que Ć³ salĆ­a demasiada caliente o no salĆ­a nada. En resumen no vale la pena.
