Disgusting! I could not have gotten in without help of another guest No bathroom tissue, lumpy bed, horrible shower NO hot water!! Smoke detector beeped all night I will never book with you again Thank God I found another place to stay

Sobrevendieron habitaciones. Aunque nos dejaron la primera noche, ya no nos dejaron otras dos noches que reservé. Creo que el hotel debe estar pendiente del aviso de esta aplicación. O la aplicación "Hotels.com" debe mejorar comunicación y observación de los hoteles relacionados para evitar estos problemas de sus clientes.

Overbooked the rooms. Triedm to send me to another place at an additional cab fare, as well as the driver couldn't find the hotel. Withnso much time wasted I went to another hotel. Never again.
