Disgusting! I could not have gotten in without help of another guest No bathroom tissue, lumpy bed, horrible shower NO hot water!! Smoke detector beeped all night I will never book with you again Thank God I found another place to stay

Overbooked the rooms. Triedm to send me to another place at an additional cab fare, as well as the driver couldn't find the hotel. Withnso much time wasted I went to another hotel. Never again.

Lo malo es que se escucha todo lo que sucede en el lugar y nos tocó escuchar a los vecinos escandalosos hablando por telefono y discutiendo a las 6am y lo que no me gustó para nada es que no hicieran la limpieza del cuarto el segundo dia que nos quedamos, que porque no hacen limpieza fines de semana...

Affordable and nice
The hotel is in a nice location, pretty close to the subway and Coyoacán downtown. The room is of a decent size for a single person but a couple may fit just well. No cable or netflix, no air conditioning. The shower head can be better but it is great for the price.
