The interior design is entertaining, unfortunately the assigned room didn't have a view other than a big concrete wall of the next building, and the room size was less than ideal. I was surprised that at checking in the highlight of Expedia results in the location and type of room assigned. Excellent service of personnel.

Property is goodnfor the price, good location, suite was decent size BUT staff at front desk was terrible, all of them at different shifts and it was not only me, they had issues with a few other people. Seemed to be unmotivated

City Express Plus Santa Fe - Review
The hotel was good, but the rooms are extremely dark. Even when you have all the lights on the room was still dark. very close to great restaurants, and very cordial services. Security was very good.

Olor muy fuerte a caño en el baño, la limpieza en el cuarto el día que llegamos fue muy mala, había muchos cabellos en la regadera y un desodorante vacío abajo de un sillón, la recámara es muy obscura a toda hora del día pero eso si muuuuy silenciosa y la zona del hotel es perfecta para ir a pie al centro comercial Santa fe

EL servicio fue malo, viaje con un perro, el hotel es petfriendly, sin embargo al momento de registrarme la persona del mostrador no hizo mencion sobre la mascota y sobre un cargo y la entrega del reglamento de mascotas. Por la noche al regreso a la habitacion bloquearon mi acceso al cuarto para hacer ir a recepcion y notificarme sobre el cargo del animal y hacerme firmar el reglamento,incluso la persona intento como regañarme. No era la forma en pedirme el costo por la estancia de la mascota.
