This is an Airbnb not a hotel or a hostel. The security at the World Trade Center didn’t even know that there was an apartment for rent for a few nights. I called many times to the number provided he never answered. This place should not be on Hotels.com

They did not know Ibwas checking in, I had to call travelocity and check in that way. Nobody told me (and I never read) that it would be a SHARED department, until I saw another (surprised as well) guest cominig in. Leftovers on the island and the refrigerator. Terrible internet.

I liked the modern facility, the conveniences nearby, and the distance from the city which made it quiet but close. I didn’t like the check in process and the lack of autonomy. Instead of providing me with all the information I needed, I had to ask questions as I went. I requested a queen bed and was given a room with two singles. To use amenities like the gym I needed to book a specific time. If I had known about this I couldn’t have planned. So I do not recommend this property because of the processes you need to complete to do basic things. And I do not recommend this property if you don’t speak Spanish.

No es el lugar que dicen que es. Por mensaje mandan la ubicación real y es en un edificio de departamentos el cual sólo te rentan una habitación y no hay suficiente privacidad. El tamaño de la cama no es la que dicen y el edredón estaba sucio.

Prometen limpiar la habitación pero no lo hacen
Muy cómoda y limpia la habitación, muy amable la persona que te recibe y los trabajadores del RESIDENCIAL WTC. Lo único malo, es que se nos dijo que nos iban a limpiar la habitación pero nunca lo hicieron y la puerta al balcón no cerraba y eso hizo que se pusiera fría la habitación durante la noche. Se lo comenté a la persona que nos recibió por WA pero no lo solucionó. Pero en general una buena experiencia, volvería a ir con ustedes sin problemas

Es un departamento compartido , solo te rentan la habitación pero compartes con más gente el departamento, es un baño de uso común para todos, el lugar está bien tiene buena ubicación pero eso es lo malo que es compartido , se anuncia aquí como hotel pero es más como A&B, y también en mi reserva era una cama king y es matrimonial.
