First and foremost, I never heard from the host about access to the building and apartment. I had to ask around to locals there to see if they knew the owner. Thankfully, a lady sitting outside the laundromat gave us a key to get in and asked us to find the property manager. When we finally found her, Angie she told me that the manager had no reservation under my name. After an hour of going back and forth with the owner the property manager finally gave us a key which I believe she did out of courtesy because the conversations that she seemed to be having with the owner weren’t pleasant. Finally when we got up to the apartment we realized that the toilet was not working properly and we had to add water to make it flush. There was barely any water pressure in the shower and the property manager was nice enough to give us more blankets. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication between the agency and the owner. I should have had information to access since the morning of check in but i never received anything. In fact, when the owner wasnt responding i decided to call the agency and the guest check in line was closed. Horrible!!! Never Again.
