Staff was very attentive and helpful with activities around Condesa. Common areas and room were very clean. This is a nice neighborhood to walk around and visit several outdoor coffee shops. Our bathroom shower door blocked the hot/cold water handled which can be tricky when setting appropriate temperature.

Lovely little hotel, easy walk to plenty of restaurants. If you get a street facing room it can be a little loud, but you get a nice balcony so it evens out. Service was nice.

Staff is wonderful, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and they had 3 types of pillows (soft, medium and firm), which was fantastic. Great location.

Pros: There is a concierge available 24/7, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Water pressure is good and the hot water plentiful. Cons: During my stay, there was loud pounding/hammering during the afternoons. We had almost continuous difficulty with WiFi connection, which was very inconvenient.

Me gusto mucho la atención y el concepto de una casa con solo 6 habitaciones. El lugar es muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado Los colchones demasiado duros me dolia la cadera fue dificil dormir asi. Dicen que los cambiaron hace un año y que ya se han quejado de esto. Se solucionaria poniendo encima una colchoneta de memory foam de Costco duran 5 años y no son caras. Si fueran comodas las camas seria un 5 estrellas definitivo.

Buena ubicación, la habitación está limpia y la atención del staff muy buena y amable. A diferencia de muchos lugares en la zona, la habitación tiene aire acondicionado lo que es un plus en estos días de calor extra. El único pero que le pongo es que aunque de noche no se escuchan ruidos, se empiezan a escuchar muy temprano, así que si tu intención es dormir más allá de las 7-8 am, lo mejor es buscar otro lugar. Tener un refri pequeño en la habitación también sería un detalle extra, para poder tener agua fría o guardar alguna que otra cosa.
