"This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. Robin thought of everything….i mean anything you need, she has. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal and she had a huge variety of snacks and simple things to cook. There were plenty of extra necessities like toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, etc. The location was perfect. Only about 20 steps to the sand. We will definitely be back."

"We had the best time on our family vacation. The house was spacious and so comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. We were close to the beach and had all the amenities we needed. Even though we had problems with the wifi, we were able to contact Vacasa and they helped us repair it. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We look forward to staying here again soon."

Listing does not mention house under construction in lot directly beside house. Therefore ocean view was obstructed and did not have any view of sunset from house or deck. Also construction noise. Listing could use updated photos of these changes. Did find elevator to be inconveient to travel between floors. Either had to use elevator or...

"It is a very nice rental, plenty of place to sit inside and out. The open kitchen/living area makes it fell a lot larger and like it isn’t cramped. A few spots the floor boards are coming up(in kitchen) and the bathtub on the second floor leaked. It is a quiet beach with not a lot to do, if you are looking for a calm place to stay this is it. It has a short walk to the beach and nice pool area. We did see cockroaches but they were only outside, which is completely normal for any beach...

"Trip was great! Very relaxing home with great views all around. Relaxing on the front porch or roof top brought on some amazing views of the gulf. Met a few of the neighbors around the home and everyone was super friendly which is what brings us back to Mexico beach multiple times a year. Brought our bikes down and enjoyed riding to the nearby shops and of course Mango Marley’s. Home was perfect for our getaway and plan to be back next year! "

"Absolutely loved our stay!! The house was clean and still smelled new. Plenty of space for our family of 6, good variety of cookware, very nice pool, and one of our favorite parts was the lift that takes all your luggage up and down so you don’t have to carry all your stuff up and down the stairs . Definitely recommend renting the golf cart. You can’t drive it across 98 but there are several parking areas and then you just walk across the street easy peasy! We would 100% stay here again. Nice...
