"Sheila the front desk person was amazing and welcoming. She had great suggestions about the area. She reviewed our requests and made sure we were happy with all items. Area has everything you would need - keep in mind this is a smallish town. Room was comfortable only item was the kitchen area was not stocked with plates (just one) and utensils and paper towel. We didn’t need to rely on these items but a suite with kitchenette should be stocked and prepared for use. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast but the area looked clean and stocked. When we told Sheila on our way out she apologized but this did not change our mind about staying here again in the future. Will stay here again when in the area."

"Haley and Trinity welcomed us to the property and provided caring service to us. They are superb ambassadors for the Holiday Inn in Cicero, NY The breakfast area was well stocked , clean and pleasant. The woman in charge was excellent in its operation. Housekeeping staff was friendly and very helpful. Inn was near everything that you might want( stores, restaurants and in our case a community hockey center. "
