It has always been very good, this time it was bad.we got a room at the end of the hall it was noisy with employee's pushing carts and a sewer smell throughout the pool area,it was so bad in our room that we had a hard falling asleep. Next time I will ask for a 2nd or 3rd floor room.

I made a change on my Reservation to find out upon arrival nothing was changed. Also at 4pm two rooms not ready. They m ac banged to fix problem however it was at a cost of $71 But we were there and didn’t feel like fighting the charges
