"For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. For 250 euros a night, I would have expected a higher standard of accommodation and service. There is also no reception staff available on Sundays which makes check out challenging with bedding...

"Chalet was perfect for family of 4, and the swimming pool a bonus for the kids. Ski bus stop was very close, and its a beautiful area. On the listing the map shows the location as Les Esserts which was wrong - however in the end we were glad we were down in the valley on the outskirts of Morillon. In the mornings we got the ski bus to the telecabine, and after skiing generally walked back to the chalet which took about 15 mins. This was only possible as we left our rented skis in the hire shop...

Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity."

"Location is ideal, staff helpful and friendly. Pool & jacuzzi a little on the cold side - Disappointed that you had to pay for the steam room. Rooms were great and the shower/bath were brill - warm and comfortable. Boot room was great but lacking a bit of seating and was always wet on the floor - the lockers needed hooks. "Even better than advertised. Great location - walking distance to the ski lift and the center of town. Excellent service, including the ability to buy lift passes at the inn rather than stand in line at the lifts. Very comfortable efficiency room with a deck looking at the mountains. Nice spa facility. Pauline at the front desk deserves special mention for being extremely helpful and always available. Would return. "
