"Property is centrally located. The apartment is shockingly small. Smaller than the pictures show. There was no iron in the room and we could only get one between 11:00-15:00 the next day. The whole bathroom floods with a shower, the towels are not enough to keep it dry. Because there is no reception, you don’t have the option of late check out or storing your luggage, should you have a late flight."

"We arrived last night on Saturday. On Sunday morning, after looking around we realized that the place was not cleaned at all and most probably for a long period of time. There was dirt all over the floor. All window drapes had dust and dirt on them. I had to clear it myself on our first day there. Owner promised to return the cleaning payment but that did not happen for strange claim that we did not clean up the place ourselves. Except for an old vacuum cleaner and a couple of wipes there was no...

"The flat is quiet, large, clean, comfortable and very well appointed and our host, Dirk, was extremely helpful. The lounge - formerly a shop - is quirky. There’s a small balcony overlooking the car park area for all the flats. It’s an easy 7 minute walk to the tram and approx. 10 minutes’ tram ride into the centre of Leipzig."

"Perfect location in a nice area, with short walk to tram stops to get anywhere in the city, and also near many University locations. Apartment was clean and well maintained, photos of rooms are very accurate, plenty of room, easy check-in and out, easy but secure access, and host Heather was fantastic and very responsive!"

Alles Super!

"Mein Eckzimmer im ersten Stock war absolut leise. Ich habe nur minimal etwas von außen gehört und die Zimmernachbarn gar nicht. Auch für die Nacht die Lüftung auf niedrige Temperaturen einzustellen ging, was nicht so oft in anderen Hotels möglich ist. Von daher war ich voll zufrieden."

Excellent hotel.

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The 2 Double rooms with balcony also had an area with wardrobes and room to store our luggage, there was also a sitting area in the first bedroom. (Photos taken just before check out so beds not made) The staff were very friendly and helpful. On check in I was even presented with a welcome glass of Prosecco! The hotel breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The location is right next to the main train station and an easy walk to the Old Town. For a good value dinner try Leo’s Brasserie. Not far from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!"
