Located in the Kings Cove estate, neighbouring the Metung Hot Springs, Kings Cove Country Club, Golf Club and Marina. With breath-taking lakeside, cliff top views, you can walk to the Lake, Golf Club, Hot Springs, town centre shops, including the amazing Metung Hotel.

The home boasts 5 spacious bedrooms in total, accommodating 12 people max. Three bedrooms have king beds (master with ensuite), one bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite, and the remaining bedroom is fitted with twin bunk beds.

This beautiful holiday home is equipped with air conditioning, large waterfront balcony with panoramic views of the lakes, outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, three and a half bathrooms, two open plan living areas, and alfresco patio. The spacious backyard includes a cliff top fire pit/lounge area and sun deck. The low maintenance and manicured turf area is the perfect place for outdoor sports, games and potential movie night.

Everything you could want in a holiday home is provided: with modern furniture and appliances, outdoor kitchen/BBQ and dining, rumpus room with pool table, heating and cooling plus optional porta cot, high chair, stair gate, kids' crockery, toys and board games for your little ones.

Off street parking available for multiple cars and/or boat. Optional berth for your boat, in the secure Kings Cove Marina, is available upon request.
