We are located only 1 hour to Christchurch Airport and 30 minutes to Mt Hutt Skifield.

Our spacious home offers a substantial open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, supported by a heat pump and gas fire for those chilly winter evenings, the home is also insulated and double-glazed throughout for maximum comfort.

Our master bedroom boasts a huge space with an office desk and chair, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with a vanity, toilet and walk-in shower with an additional rain forest shower head.

The additional three bedrooms all offer built-in wardrobes, king sized bed, a queen-sized bed and two king single-sized beds, offering a multitude of options for guests. The family bathroom contains a shower, vanity and spa bath; which is perfect for a soak after a day on the slopes or exploring Methven. Further supported by a separate toilet and hand basin. The laundry has plenty of storage for skis and boots, a washing machine, a dryer and a laundry tub.

Our double garage is locked from guest use and one cleaning cupboard but the rest of the home is accessible for guest use. We have two carparks in front of the garage and there is ample off-street parking.

We are located in a very quiet neighbourhood, and being located in a cul-de-sac there is minimal traffic.

There is no public transport in Methven, although the Ski Bus offers multiple return trips to Mt. Hutt from the iSite location during winter.
Strictly no parties or gatherings as we are in very close proximity to neighbors.
Vaping and smoking is strictly outside only, and not in close proximity to the building. Cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly.
