"We always stay at the Royal Park when we’re in town visiting family. They offer an excellent location and consistent, friendly service. We really enjoy being within walking distance to all the many great restaurants in downtown Rochester. The aesthetic updates they’re doing throughout the hotel are nearly finished and look lovely; I like the mid-century modern touches and new upholstery, but I just wish they hadn’t erased all that beautiful warmth and sophistication of the natural wood paneling by painting everything grey! It feels brighter in the lobby (love those new pendants!) but also colder and more stripped-down. We’ll be back to see the finished product. "

"I liked how Breakfast was provided everyday to all guest. I appreciated the efficient room service (changing out my towels). I also loved the KING size bed and flat screen cable tv. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future."
