"A group of us stayed at this hotel rather than in Venice as it was much more cost effective. Only a 10 min walk from the Mestre train station or just over the road the 4L bus gets you to Venice in 20 mins. The room was spotless and the cleaner did a great job. Breakfast was ok and the bar staff were super efficient. We will stay again next year. "

"The hotel Nice is located in a safe and quiet area, just few steps from the bus stop which takes you to Venice in about 10 minutes. My room and all hotel areas were very clean, my room was spacious and well equipped. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. Upon my arrival I was offered upgrade of my room at no extra charge. At my next stay in Venice I would choose this hotel again."
