Drift to sleep on comfortable beds that will not disappoint. With two comfortable fold out sofas, a foursome can easily stay. Stocked with kitchen and bathroom sundries, you can prepare meals in the condo or enjoy a meal within walking distance at Terrace at Wolf Creek.

* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $300 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.
*The primary bedroom is very spacious and has an adjoining bathroom with a soaker tub. Watch TV and view the sunset from your or the balcony. You can easily access the terrace and enjoy watching the early golfers on the first hole as you have your morning coffee. A private attached casita offers a queen bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa with TV and kitchen and small eating nook. There is a new, additional sleeper sofa in the main living area of the condo and 2 comfortable lounge spots as well. Enjoy an evening in or walk a short distance to Wolf Creek's Terrace Restaurant for your meals.
*Our townhouse has a comfortable feel and is extremely clean. We know the importance of providing an extremely well-kept and clean space for our guests. All bedding and pillows are covered with protective casings that help you know our mattresses and pillows are free of unwanted elements. Our housecleaning staff takes pride in making sure your stay is comfortable and without worry. Comfortable beds, extra pillows, and blankets give guests the possibility of a great night's sleep. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a full set of pots and pans, a crock pot, baking sheet and pan, serving dishes, toaster, and coffee maker. Condiments including catsup, mustard, oil, vinegar, basic cooking spices, and coffee are also provided. Providing these items limits your need for shopping and keeps cooking costs down so that you can spend more in Mesquite having fun! The views of this condo are worth mentioning again! Sit on our large private deck and watch the sunset or the golfers below. It can't be beat.
*J and Amy, your co-hosts live less than 10 minutes from Wolf Creek. They will assist you if a need arises.

*Wolf Creek condominiums are a mix of residential owners, renters, and short term guests. Residents enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, so we ask that all guests be respectful and courteous with noise and interaction. Outdoor views of the mountains and mesas are beautiful and sunsets are easily seen from the living/dining room and balcony. Mesquite offers many golf courses, gambling opportunities, youth athletic tournaments, and necessity shopping at Smiths, Walmart, and Ace Hardware. Outlying areas provide incredible hiking, off-road adventures, golfing, and so much more. Within a short drive, you can find incredible sights that leave you speechless.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-6:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.
* There is plenty of parking for all guests.

CHECKOUT: 1. Please load dishwasher with all dishes and start.
10:00 AM 2. Please start one load of laundry (towels OR sheets).
3. Please set temperature at 69 in winter and 79 in summer.
4. Please sign off personal TV APPS and place TV remotes in related
rooms.
5. Please lock door.
6. Please send a quick note saying you have checked out. It is
very helpful for our housekeeping staff.
