Located around the Kitty Hawk Community and several casinos, golf courses, and sporting activity fields. On-site pools. Hiking and ATV riding not far away. Also, only approximately 80 minutes from Las Vegas.

This location is close to all Mesquite activities, but far enough away the traffic and noise won't bother you. Fully furnished with all the basic ammentities.

1 reserved covered parking spot. No campers or trailers. Unit.is located up a flight of stairs on the 2nd level.

***The respect and privacy of our neighbors are of the utmost importance. If you plan on have large gatherings here, lots of people coming and going- then this is not the place for you. If you are someone who likes to stay up late and hang out on the front porch drinking and smoking, then I kindly ask you to not to book this place and look somewhere else. The 10pm quiet time is strictly enforced. If you believe this may be a problem then I kindly ask, again, do not book here. If the rules are not followed I will ask you to leave the unit during your stay. The neighborhood is a quiet, retiree type community. Please be respectful to all those around you.

Lastly, unfortunately there is a marijuana smell in the complex area. Marijuana is legal in Nevada. We have numerous air freshners throughout the unit along with several fans in the closets. We are working on a more permanent type solution, but for now we recommend using the resources available, opening windows, and/or turning on the unit fan to move air around.***
