Whether you're looking for a family-friendly stay near parks & sports complexes, or need a quiet retreat to rest between games of golf at one of the seven courses in Mesquite, this is your place! Enjoy movie night on the big screen TV, grill up some burgers on the back patio, or relax in the hammock. With three bedrooms, a spacious open-concept living room and kitchen, and peaceful backyard with outdoor furniture, you'll find everything you need here!

The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and smart TV where you'll be able to log in to any of your streaming subscription apps. The walk-in closet gives you plenty of room for your luggage and clothes, and you'll have extra drawer space in the dresser. The bathroom has both a shower and jacuzzi tub, dual vanity, storage closet, and separate WC for privacy. You'll also have your own door onto the back patio, and all of the blinds in the house are great at blocking out light for sensitive sleepers or for those mornings when you need some extra sleep.

Our desert bedroom is perfect for couples or anyone needing some extra space. The queen bed is extra comfortable and the large closet will give you extra storage space for your belongings.

Our ocean room is great for families and kids, with one full size bed and a bunk bed (just for kids please!). Both of these rooms have a view into the front yard and the beautiful mountains of Mesquite.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook, including pots & pans, baking dishes, utensils, dinnerware, coffee maker, oven, electric stove, extra large fridge and freezer, and dishwasher.

Mesquite is a golfer's paradise and home to championship courses. If you're here for recreation, you'll also find many tennis courts, pickle ball courts, swimming pools, and sports complexes just a quick drive from the house. For the adults, there are several casinos and bars to keep you entertained and Las Vegas is just an hour drive away.

The beauty in and around Mesquite makes it the perfect place for a desert retreat! There are multiple national parks within a 2 hour drive, including Zion and Bryce Canyon. Even if you don't leave Mesquite, its own mountains and desert views can't be beat, and there's nothing like a Mesquite sunset!

Exactly as advertised
Came to play 6 days of softball in Mesquite and so happy we rented this property! The house was very comfortable, clean, fully stocked kitchen, and lovely patio which was great to watch the birds and lizards from with a glass of wine. Many extras that made it feel like we were staying at our own home. Quiet neighborhood and good location for us, as it is close to the softball fields.We didn't get a chance to use the pellet barbecue, and the counter toaster/ convection oven made it easy to whip up something for dinner, as we were mostly too tired to cook a full meal after a full day at the fields. Hope to stay here again!

Everything we needed
We whiled away most of the winter in this lovely property in Mesquite, enjoying the warm sunshine and seeing the snow on the mountaintops (without having to drive through it!) It was within easy driving distance to our son and his wife in Utah and was close enough to visit a number of parks and areas of natural beauty. (DO make the drive to Valley of Fire State Park, Snow Canyon and Zion National Park if you can.) . The property was in very good shape, had everything we needed (cooking supplies, spices - thank you!), and a backyard where we watched hummingbirds and quite a number of small lizards - which we found enjoyable. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Electronics functioned well! The owners' response to a furnace issue that came up was prompt and ensured that we were well taken care of. Sue and Charlotte were readily available whenever we contacted them. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm winter getaway in the desert.
