"I'll start by saying that I recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast had great options. And the area is very quiet. My stay was very pleasant. For prospective travelers: This hotel is located just far enough from the airport that you will likely need to get a taxi or call the hotel to pick you up. Keep in mind that you have to let the hotel know ahead of time about your arrival. I called just after I landed, and the hotel said that they couldn't pick me up and that I needed to let them know ahead of time. So, while they do offer a free shuttle to the airport, there is a caveat about communication. Other hotels seem to have a different policy and will pick you up from the airport without advance notice. That said, I let them know about my departing flight the night before I left, and they had a shuttle ready in the morning. Another thing to keep in mind is that this hotel is not close to the city. You will likely need to get a cab to the center of the city. In January 2025 on a Saturday morning the cab cost about 20 Euro. When returning back to the hotel, the cab cost 16.5 Euro. The staff are happy to order a cab for you, so feel free to ask them about it. I highly recommend bringing your own water and some food. As far as I could tell, the hotel is not within walking distance to any markets or restaurants. With all this taken into consideration, the hotel itself deserves 5 stars. It was a pleasant stay."

"A true boutique hotel in a historical building that has a lot to explore. Whether you have sensitive skin or sensitive bowel or sensitive soul there is something for you at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, along with their extremely cute dog and playful cat. Also love their food and drink, the welcome wine and sweet are of really good quality. Not to mention their locally made toiletries and their soft Egyptian cotton bedding. Simply put, they value providing authentic and quality products and services over generic cost-saving options."
