"Wir sind sehr begeistert. Tolle, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Unsere Wohnung war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise waren wir erst sehr enttäuscht, da Sauna und Fitness a. G. eines Wasserschadens nicht zur Verfügung standen. Es gab leider auch tagsüber den Baulärm. In der 2. Woche war der Schaden behoben. Das Körbchen mit frischen Handtüchern vor der Tür war eine nette Geste. Über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr gefreut! Wir sind wirklich gut erholt heim...

"This was our first time in Rügen and for sure no disappointments. Binz is beautiful and I would term it as an excellent entry point to the island 😊. The apartment is on a beautiful location & extremely clean. Wolfgang & Babette were very responsive & reachable at all times. We particularly loved the easy check-in & check- out procedures. "This is a great apartment overlooking the marina and it is even better than in the pictures. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it is wonderful to have breakfast or a coffee and look at the yachts. I can totally recommend the apartment. "Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG hinten am Gebäude, wo sich der Parkplatz und die Mülltonnen befinden. Der Blick von der Veranda ist also nicht besonders ansprechend, aber ein schöner Strandkorb ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist furchtbar warm für den Sommer, die hauchdünnen Gardinen im Hinterzimmer spielen sowohl bei der Hitze als auch beim schlechten Schlaf eine Rolle. Beim nächsten Mal achte ich bei meiner Auswahl eben etwas mehr auf Komfort und modernere Einrichtung, und weniger auf die Lage....

"Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Großes eingezäuntes Grundstück am Ende des Dorfes, optimal für die Hunde. Super netter Vermieter. Einrichtungstechnisch sind keinerlei Wünsche übrig geblieben, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte, ob in der Küche oder für Kinder.
