Charmante Maison bleue
Un très agréable séjour, la villa est spacieuse, et nous avons pu profiter de tous les espaces extérieurs: terrasse, salon de jardin au bord de la piscine, plancha. Le jardin est vaste avec ne nombreux endroits pour s’amuser. Petit plus, un beau potager: nous nous sommes régalés des tomates, concombres et fraises. La villa est proche du marché et des commerces, des plages. Idéal pour se détendre.

Fantastic pool house, close to the caves
Our family loved the large pool, and our dog loved the huge garden. Great location for exploring the Charente Maritime. Alain was very responsive and helpful. Very relaxing holiday in a lovely house!

Superbe maison
La maison est superbe, spacieuse et très bien entretenu. Le terrain est vaste, avec plusieurs espaces de jeux pour les enfants et de repos pour les adultes. Les équipements (cuisine /salon/extérieur) sont récents et de très bonnes qualités. L’acceuil était très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Maison trés spacieuse et agréable à vivre
Nous étions quatre couples d'amis durant une semaine pour les fêtes de fin d'année. L'accueil était ponctuel et très sympathique (à l'arrivée et au départ). Tout le monde a trouvé la maison très confortable et spacieuse pour nous recevoir tous les huit, sans se gêner les uns les autres et préserver l'intimité de chacun. La maison est très lumineuse malgré la saison (fin décembre, début janvier) avec ses grandes baies vitrées donnant sur l'extérieur et le jardin. Il y a belle installation télé, wifi, box, satellite, Canal plus, etc.....qui fonctionne très bien Nous avons vu la piscine en construction qui sera sans aucun doute très sympa une fois mis en service. La terrasse et le jardin doivent être très agréable l'été au regard de l'orientation et de la disposition. L'ensemble est clos, sans vis à vis. On peut tout faire à pied notamment les courses avec la petite charrette à commissions mis à disposition. Si l'on dispose de vélos, on peut aller se promener un peu plus loin à Talmon en longeant le bord de mer, c'est très vivifiant ! Tout était donc très bien.

Très bon séjour
Excellente semaine dans cette maison spacieuse et très joliment décorée. Location idéalement située pour profiter du centre et du bord de mer. Nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse et apprécier le calme et le charme du jardin. Les enfants avaient de l'espace pour s'amuser sans danger. Bons conseils des propriétaires pour les visites dans la région et les restaurants. Je recommande sans hésiter.
