"This was the perfect place for our family to spend time together for the holidays. The wild animals roaming around right outside the cabin were amazing and they didn’t care that we were there. We enjoyed watching them everyday.The property manager was excellent and when the dryer quit working he had a repair man there in just a couple of hours to install a new one. Excellent views, beautiful home and prompt property manager. You can’t ask for more. "

"The location is close to town and in a very nice neighborhood. We've enjoyed the wildlife viewing which includes elk, wild horses, turkey, and deer. The neighborhood is quiet and the home backs up to trees which gives a feeling of total seclusion for great relaxation. The interior of the home is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed each room having it's own bathroom and the kitchen being fully stocked. "

"The house was very clean. There were items missing but we adapted. We do wish we would have known that the downstairs was only accessible from outside. The grandkids wanted to stay down there, so one of us adults took turn, staying down there with them at night. The house is in a great location and we had a good time "

"Overall stay was perfect. Beautiful property, neighborhood, enjoyed the wildlife. Didn’t need to contact Phill for anything but I’m sure if we needed to he would have attended quickly. He left his number several places around the house. The massage chair was beyond the world! Loved that his property was not stingy with trash bags, towel, and extra blankets. Thank you, Phill. We enjoyed every bit. Highly recommend!"

"After I booked the house, I asked the owner if he had/ what kinds of board games at the house because my kids loved the games very much. The owner answered emails quickly and very responsive. When we arrived to the place, the first thing my kids did was to play board games, and owner was really nice not only had games he already told me but prepared a new one for our family. He prepared a nice Christmas tree and decorated the entire house with christmas decorations and lights which was another...
