The house is in an amazing country environment and the house itself is very nice and every detail is thought with attention and elegance. The owner is very kind and provides you with all the information about Crete in advance. "Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. "This was our first time to Greece and we booked sansal based on reviews and how close it was to the ocean. When we arrived the staff were so great and very helpful, they were also very friendly and gave good recommendations where to visit and where to eat. We will be staying here when we come back!"
