"Picked this house because I needed to have a dog travel with me. Inside is nice. Outside and neighborhood, not ideal. Grass was so long my dog wouldn’t walk in it. The deck and porches are not somewhere you would sit and admire the view. Luckily we did not plan to hang out outside. So it worked for us. "

"One of my favorite places to visit because of the pool and the enormous house that is far enough from town to give privacy but also close enough that it’s not a huge drive to Walmart (maybe fifteen minutes). The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we need. Second stay and can’t wait to stay again. "

"I rented the Dery House for out-of-town friends to stay prior to a wedding. First of all, the house is breathtaking to see from the outside and it only gets better once inside. We spent much of the weekend inside and we were never in the same room twice! Each different room feels like a completely different space and all are classicly gorgeous. "Check in process was smooth and we were able to arrive a day early which was very convenient. Initially I was concerned after we arrived as the home is directly across from a fire station and the alarm went off which was deafening. Fortunately I only heard it go off twice for the 5 days we were there so it was not an issue. The house was well equipped overall with exception of utensils. There was 1 spoon and maybe 2 or 3 forks. We had to buy utensils for our stay. Not a big deal just annoying....
