"We had an issue at check in that we were hoping to get resolved. The General manager Suat, personally handled the situation. He was polite and very courteous as was all of the staff. The staff was always engaging and hospitable. The grounds and walking paths are impeccable. This is definitely a family resort, so if that’s what you are looking for, it’s perfect. "

"The worst hotel I’ve ever visited in my life. For two days, I tried to find hot water for the bathroom, but to no avail. My children got sick because they had to bathe in cold water. Every time I called the reception, they said they were fixing the water. What kind of hotel is this? I had to go to a public bath just to take a shower. There was also no safe place to park the car."

I tried to talk to them friendly , but one stuff was shouting and other one didn't accept to provide another blanket for my child , as a result I had to leave the hotel an request a refund for other 2 night. More over , the towel and mattres sheet was damaged !!! As my first time I had seen hotel provide a damaged items at room."

"Apart from being very central and offering a reasonable breakfast, everything else was negative about our stay at hotel Sevron. The daytime hotel manager didn’t make an effort, while the night porter spoke several languages. The hotel staff smoked in the dining room and in the bed rooms while cleaning them. We had two different rooms, one had a leaking basin, the other lack of water in the shower. Bed linen was dirty and we had to ask for a duvet (December). The lift broke down during our stay...

"The fitness facility was terrible. Old and broken equipment. The staff was smoking in the spa are despite the sign saying “no smoking.” The room was hot and i was unable to cool it. The shower was warm, not hot. The staff was nice at the desk. The breakfast was not very good. I have noticed Wyndham resorts are no longer nice. Whenever I goto a Wyndham resort, they are broken, old and in poor condition. Wyndham resorts have a very low standard for their properties. "
